We see the brief development stage of any project as the most critical as the key strategic decisions taken generally define the success of the project. Effective consultation and engagement of the wider stakeholders underpins an ongoing ownership of the project through design, delivery and, most importantly, occupation.

We operate a 'tailored' quality management system based on recognised industry standards and our wide experience of complex projects at a variety of scales and budgets. We believe that informed management of cost and programme is not purely the domain of the project manager and quantity surveyor and seek to pro-actively manage the delivery process and demand that all of our consultants take responsibility in this area.

Achieving a sustainable development is a fundamental target of our work and is critical in the current construction ‘climate’. We always look to take an holistic approach that not only addresses reduction of carbon dioxide emissions but also look at the more intangible aspects of sustainability that building design, construction or usage can entail.
