Patel Taylor are one of the few British practices to have won several Europan prizes - an international initiative to explore the future of mixed-use and residential projects. Since then our reputation has grown with the delivery of several key projects.

Creating value unlocks the potential of commercial developments. Our mixed-use scheme successfully achieves this at Putney Wharf, and we are currently working with the Peabody Trust on development opportunities together with affordable housing.

Private housing gives us the opportunity to explore materials, daylight and the relationship between the home and its garden.

Our mixed-use and residential projects bring together our urban design and landscape thinking which has regenerated a number of difficult sites. Our work has been recognised in the Housing Design Awards and RIBA Awards, and more recently Putney Wharf has been awarded the CABE Silver Medal.
