"A gateway to the city"

This residential tower sits on a key approach at the fringes of the city; the project has the ability to create a gateway at the transition of this threshold. The views are potentially magnificent and height is therefore a premium. The building is made from two interlocking forms - reconstituted stone and glass with an east/west orientation, which maximises views and minimises impact from the Highway.
