"A dockside room - a place for contemplation and retreat"

A warehouse framed by two floating canopies forms an open-sided room onto Royal Victoria Dock. Crafted in black precast concrete, steel, timber and stone with a formal lawn, the aim was to create a place of retreat in a burgeoning area of development.
