Battersea Power Station Phase 4a provides 386 affordable one-to-four-bedroom homes for discount market sale and rent, operated by Peabody. Phase 4a also includes an NHS centre, retail, eateries and over 1,115m² of incubator workspace within the one-hectare site.

The architecture reinterprets the classic London mansion block typology, allowing for 98% dual aspect homes, each with private balconies or terraces. The brick and precast detailing was designed as a contemporary reading of the heritage mansion blocks upon Battersea's Prince of Wales Drive.

Just over half the site consists of publicly accessible open space in a range of landscaped settings. At the heart of the development, a series of flexible, linked spaces within the 930m² central garden play host to a wealth of activities; from children's play, outdoor fitness and pop-up events.
